Who we are.

Founded in 2023, Oraculi is a privately funded 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on supporting U.S. military and policing organizations by providing a variety of resources that optimize existing training and educational activities for better organizational outcomes, i.e. better planning, better preparation, better response, better results, better leadership development, and better civilian interactions.

Oraculi grew out of a multiyear, ongoing initiative funded from various U.S. Government programs, collectively designed to assist U.S. military and policing organizations think differently about training and education, and how to use limited resources in structured training and education environments, to better prepare soldiers and police officers at all levels, for the complexity they will encounter in real-world scenarios; a complexity that demands increased levels of awareness, initiative, problem solving, accountability, empathy, and adaptation of learned skills.

Oraculi draws from a diverse set of senior professionals whose military, policing, academic, and teaching experiences come together to provide U.S. military and policing leadership with resources that help organizations internally improve capabilities and capacity based on their evolving priorities and requirements.
